We had a 7-day stay and were on the 24th floor the the Imperial Tower. We traveled with 6 and an 18 month old. Our Butler, Antonia and Richard, were phenomenal and always made our requests...

Cameron at the front desk was very helpful and started the trip great! Despite arriving early, he was able to find me a comparable room immediately rather than wait till 4 pm, normal check in time.
