We expected more from a 5 star hotel, to be told when showed to our room "you have to pay for the bottled water as the tap water is drinkable" is not a great start, along with 1 tea bag and one...

Beautiful hotel in a central area, so convenient. The Spanish decor is divine and the staff are lovely and very helpful. The standout for us was that the coffee was the best we have had in Santiago!
