Expansive private balconies and patios, many with infinity plunge pools or outdoor tubs, overlook the Caribbean or dense greenery, giving couples a front-row seat to hummingbird visits at dawn and families room to spread out without ever leaving the embrace of nature.
The open-air restaurant starts the day with à la carte breakfasts of fresh tropical fruits, johnnycakes, and eggs from nearby farms, then shifts to lunches of grilled lionfish or callaloo wraps and dinners blending Caribbean heat with international finesse—think cocoa-rubbed pork or plantain-crusted snapper. Room service delivers the same menu to your villa for candlelit dinners on the deck.
