I recently stayed at this resort and unfortunately had a bad experience, with several issues that significantly impacted our trip. One of the biggest problems was the lack of wristbands for guests...

This would be a 5-star if they did FOAM POOL PARTIES at the pool as the Breathless in Mexico does. Definitely needs to be added to the entertainment list before I come back.

It was a lovely time. Xhale is 100% worth the upgrade (better beach access, quick resolution to questions, speciality breakfast, etc)

The resort is beautiful and the entertainment was great! There's not a lot to do so we got kind of bored. The food is average and the internet is SLOW.
