We came to Sapa for a short trip and loved every minute of it! The hotel in particular was a highlight. The location, the staff, the facilities and the food were all 5 star!
Beautiful location though you'll have to walk to center of town or take the shuttle bus. Everyone was beyond friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and a little bit overwhelming.
A very good hotel: very comfortable, spacious rooms with great views; high quality buffet breakfasts; and exceptional reception staff who were most helpful.
