The staff were extremely considerate and kind, and helped whenever there were any questions or concerns. The staff member named Ai Nhu was especially helpful and assisted us in finding places to go.

It was great and u need to go to the wonderworld and safari water park. If u need to come Vietnam go to the Vinpearl because this place is clean fun and friendly .I’m sure I will come here every...

Check-in took more than an hour. Even though we had prior email confirmation to upgrade one of the villas to a 4-bedroom unit and include two additional children, the front desk had no record of it...
