Outdoors

Indigenous materials, a generous garden, and a multi-level terrace create an easy, natural setting for outdoor living. Stretch out on plush loungers with your favourite playlist on in the background, while the infinity pool becomes a natural hub for everyone, especially children who want to spend the day in and out of the water. When it’s time for lunch, the shaded dining area is ideal for long, relaxed meals, with a private chef arranged on request. Later, pour a cool drink from the bar and settle into the built-in lounge with a fireplace to watch the sunset and let the evening unfold at a slower pace.

Indoors

Martini consists of two units and an independent guesthouse, offering privacy even within a group. The interiors reflect modern design with minimal furniture in natural materials, warm earthy tones, and open-plan spaces that feel bright and uncluttered. Each room opens directly to the outdoor areas, supporting a seamless indoor-outdoor flow and a sense of space throughout the day.
