Linens fine. Room facilities are old but functional. Several front office employees are unprofessional and unwelcoming in attitude. Housekeeping team pretty great. Happy with concierge as well.
This is a lovely, five star experience. The room is clean and the bed very comfortable. We loved the pillow menu. My only negative is this cheeky move to have big bottles of shampoo’s and cleansers...
Crown hotel is nothing short of a dream with valet parking bags taken up luxury lobbies gold grand staircases and wonderfull pools and spas. And saunas. First you head up to your room and get robes...
WiFi is today critical for any business person. The WiFi at Crown is non existent. Furthermore getting onto a hotspot on phone is also impossible. I will not be able to stay at Crown again as WiFi...
