Room service was a microwaveable meal - which inexplicably was cold. There were room service trays on the floor outside of my room when I checked in and the same ones when I checked out - meaning...
I fully prepaid a half-board stay through the official channel, yet I was double-charged for both the room and the food. I was repeatedly asked to pay again at check-in, for dinner, for breakfast...
The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the bed is Sofitel so very comfy, the location is great on Place Jourdan, Nice Neighboorhood with bars and restaurants… Not far from other great site of...
Stayed 2 nights in suite and a standard room. The rooms are ok, basic. Sadly i did not get the sofitel standard bedding. The topper is soft and good, and also the sheets lovely, but the bedding lacks...
