gave us a queen bed when we booked a king size bed. not a 5 star hotel. breakfast was « included » but then charged us 70$ at checkout. would not recommend
Wow! What a wonderful experience. Our room was one of the smallest they offer, but was much larger than a typical hotel room - room to stretch out a bit. The resort amenities were perfect...
Pool was overcrowded especially at weekend as there was always a Spa Deal on. We stayed in the Urbania Suite which came with extras. Drinks and nibbles at 5 - 7 pm. Room for this was not big...
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, very clean, and the bathroom setup — especially the tub — was a highlight. The pool and hot tub were also great for relaxing after a day...
