Hotel is located in an excellent and quiet location. A 5 star hotel with excellent guest facilities, well trained and well mannered staff. Restaurants and food quality also were excellent.

Lacks customer service and management skills. Very poor internal communication. Forget orders, no turn down service even if requested multiple times. They deprogram your keys day before your check...
