Our stay has been very pleasant and enjoyable. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the lounge food and drinks served by Ragab and Hassan at lunch and evening.

I enjoyed everyday I was here. The staff was lovely, kind and accommodating, especially Raneem. Rooms were clean, food was delicious. Zero complaints
