The 36 stylish and individually designed bedrooms and suites feature luxurious furnishings and modern comforts, many with panoramic views over Lake Windermere, the manicured gardens, and the surrounding hills and mountains—ensuring every stay feels restful, refined, and deeply connected to the beauty of the Lake District.
Henrock by Simon Rogan, the on-site fine dining restaurant (open Wednesday to Sunday), serves exceptional small plates and sharing dishes crafted from local ingredients, while an all-day dining menu is available in the Bar & Conservatory on Monday and Tuesday. Guests can enjoy a relaxed drink or light bite in the bar, with the option of two row boats for leisurely exploration on the lake (inquire at reception).

Our Fell Suites (average size 217 ft²/710ft²), are located in the 14 acres of grounds and, feature floor-to-ceiling windows, open plan bedroom and living spaces, king-size beds, and private bathrooms with a bath and walk-in shower. Each Fell Suite is able to interconnect with a Fell Suite with Hot Tub. Guests are escorted to their suites along a gravel lane past the tarn in our golf buggy. A selection of our Fell Suites can accommodate small dogs, however availability must be confirmed with our reservations team at time of booking.
