Barcélo hotel is beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are nice and the swimming pool and gym are great bonuses! This hotel has security everywhere which is great!
Front desk was really slow, took me more than 20 minutes to get a turn. Supervisors did not solve my problems when needed, just apologized. Not all the machines from the Gym we're working properly.
People are always so friendly. Love the pool. This was the second time I've stayed here and the atmosphere and people are amazing.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Barcelo Guatemala City. They resort is clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is very helpful, the breakfast was fantastic, and the location is close...
