I spent a great three days at the Fable Dunedin, a really lovely boutique hotel a short walk from the centre of town. My room was small but it had everything I needed including USB charging ports...
Stayed here for 2 nights on our organised and pre-planned tour of South Island. Without trying to be too critical, this hotel has been our least favourite on the trip so far. Arrived around 4pm...
There is very limited hotel parking off site which is $40 a night. If you don’t pre book the staff tell you that you have to find somewhere to park on the roads and move the car before 8.30 the next...
Nice hotel, very centrally located but quiet. My only problem with it was that, upon checkin, you are presented with a computer tablet for all the functions of the hotel - no paper instructions...
