Nobu hotel and its staff never fail to deliver excellent service. From checking in to check out, as well as the concierge staff. Room cleanliness and maintenance of amenities are excellent.

Services are superb, especially Neil of the concierge who helped me carry my package which was delivered to the hotel without any hesitation.
Great stay with Nobu as always. I hope you can bring back the food and drinks at your snack bar though.
