The person at reception was more focus on tips then the customer self. The bathroom product were not replaced. For two nights, January 15 and 16, 2026, I has charged two time: they charge me one time...
I highly recommend this palace, right by the lake, a few minutes walk to the old town. Staff is highly friendly, professional and attentive.
Our meeting with the staff at the Beau-Rivage Neuchâtel was friendly and warm, setting us up for a conversation. We were able to get to know the staff, and with their help, we spent time in a calm...
The hôtel policy is wrong in that they refused to give a second shower gel assessing that one would be enough for two nights! So either don’t go to this hotel or make two separate bookings to check...
