It's been our 4th stay here. Previous years it was great. However this time when we stayed because of the holidays, we had good rate, customer experience was amazing, just the rooms and facilities...
Left over food from previous residence, i asked to change the room but she told me that the hotel is fully booked and if want to change to another category i should pay the diff amount
