Mariza is also a secure gated property with an alarm system and surveillance cameras, adding an extra layer of reassurance throughout your stay.

Mariza draws on traditional Cycladic architecture, built in natural materials with white surfaces and local stone shaping the exterior. The villa opens onto generous outdoor areas designed for long days outside. At the edge of the hill, a private infinity pool faces the Aegean, framed by comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing and slow afternoons. Under a wooden pergola, the outdoor dining area is sheltered from summer winds and positioned for uninterrupted views, ideal for relaxed lunches and sunset dinners.

Indoors

Inside, Mariza is contemporary and clean-lined, with high-quality design details and amenities throughout. Cool neutral tones and wicker accents create a relaxed atmosphere, while large French doors connect the interiors to the terraces and bring in natural light. Entering on the pool level, you’ll find an open-plan living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy, everyday use. Eight bedrooms are arranged across four levels, each designed with comfort in mind and laid out to maintain privacy even within a full house.
