The charming fishing village of Ambelas, with its small harbor and beloved tavernas, lies just a short drive away, while a chain of golden-sand beaches awaits along the island’s east and north coasts. Almyra offers a calm, easy base from which to explore the gentle beauty of Paros.
Outdoors
Almyra’s stone terrace gazes out over the sea from a verdant cliff, with the twinkling lights of Naxos’ port and town visible across the water on clear evenings. The generous outdoor space invites complete relaxation by the private pool or in peaceful hidden corners. The front veranda features a dining table and cosy sitting area — perfect for alfresco meals while the horizon stretches endlessly before you. A wood-fired BBQ encourages long, leisurely lunches after a refreshing swim in the pool.
Indoors
Earth tones, natural stone, and crisp white furnishings create an atmosphere of calm Cycladic simplicity throughout Almyra’s interiors. Adjacent to the dining area, the modern living room offers comfortable contemporary sofas and satellite TV for relaxed evenings. Besides the lovely, unspoiled beach just 60 metres from the villa, a short drive brings you to Ambelas — a traditional fishing village with authentic tavernas and its own namesake beach. For livelier evenings, the picturesque village of Naoussa is around 15 minutes by car, offering vibrant bars and restaurants.
