Behind the doors, Dorothea offers the cosy “house” moments that make a stay feel truly lived-in. The main villa gathers a kitchen, dining corner, and living room that flow directly onto the terrace, with four bedrooms distributed thoughtfully over three levels — including a master suite above and a quieter room near the library and playroom below. The independent guesthouse brings its own kitchen, living space, and three poolside bedrooms, allowing another branch of the family or group of friends to enjoy a slightly separate yet still connected base.

Good to Know

Villa Dorothea’s elevated position above Santa Maria creates wonderful flexibility — guests can choose to stay in, stroll down to the beach, or drive to Naoussa for a more vibrant evening. Kolymbithres and the north coast are comfortably within reach, as are Parikia and the port for arrivals or departures. In low season, it is possible to book only the main villa (with its four bedrooms) while still enjoying full use of the shared spaces — the guesthouse bedrooms simply remain closed.
