The expansive, sun-drenched outdoor spaces centre around a private infinity pool with clear sea views, complemented by a separate stone-built jacuzzi perched on a raised platform. A shaded lounge area beneath a pergola provides welcome respite, while luxurious sun beds invite lazy afternoons. From the terrace onward, the natural landscape gently takes centre stage — offering plenty of cosy corners for quiet moments, casual snacks, or evenings under the stars. Surrounded by native plants and fragrant herb bushes, a petite roof terrace awaits for sunrise yoga or simply watching the day begin.

Celadon honours traditional Cycladic architecture while embracing eco-friendly materials throughout. The original cylindrical lime kiln has been cleverly transformed into the heart of the home — an open living and kitchen area crowned by a skylight that bathes the space in soft, natural light. The thoughtful layout ensures most rooms share the same exceptional outlook. Sleeping accommodation comprises a master suite, a standalone guest suite, and an upper-level three-bedroom suite — each with its own en-suite bathroom and designed to comfortably host up to ten guests.
