Paved in polished local stone, the space centres around a heated pool with jacuzzi jets, complemented by sun loungers set on a decked platform. The pool’s geometric shape features one edge forming a balcony over the Aegean — a mesmerizing outlook of sea, sky, and clouds, with the distant outline of Crete appearing on clear days.

Indoors

Inside, Sunshine reveals a modern Cycladic space filled with light from large glass window doors that frame the sky and view in every room. The open-plan living area flows directly onto the terrace, paired with a fully equipped kitchen ready for easy days at home. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with an anatomical mattress, while two bathrooms serve the villa — one with a bowl bathtub, the other with a walk-in rain shower — along with plush robes, slippers, and designer toiletries for gentle pampering.
