Dramatically set on the cliff edge, the outdoor area unfolds to wide 180-degree caldera views, with the multi-level designer infinity pool as its natural centre. Cascading across three levels and featuring underwater music for subtle atmosphere, the pool invites immersion without ever overshadowing the surroundings. The terrace is divided into distinct shared zones — a pool bar, open space for yoga or Pilates, a running path along the estate’s perimeter, an open-air cinema under the stars, and dedicated spa facilities. A shaded pool cave provides a cool retreat during the warmest hours.
Indoors
The interiors, conceived by Paola Navone, blend modern aesthetics with local materials and traditional handicrafts, creating a polished yet barefoot-chic feel that never feels overly formal. The villa is arranged into five private suites, each opening to its own private or semi-private outdoor space — some with whirlpool jacuzzis, others with plunge pools. A dedicated spa and hammam room offers a peaceful place to unwind after time by the infinity pool, while the open-air lounge areas extend the sense of calm and effortless elegance throughout.
